Dr. Frank Linnehan is an Associate Dean for Graduate and Undergraduate Programs at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business and Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources in the Department of Management. Dr. Linnehan received his Ph.D. in Human Resources Administration from Temple University and has taught both graduate and undergraduate courses in Human Resources, Compensation, Organization Behavior, Leadership and Management.
Prior to receiving his Ph.D., Dr. Linnehan worked for seventeen years in both line and Human Resource management in the financial services industry. Dr. Linnehan's research interests include school-to-work transitions for high school and college students, adult-youth mentoring, Affirmative Action, Equal Employment and workforce diversity initiatives. He has authored or co-authored papers that have appeared in the Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Group and Organization Management, Applied Psychology: An International Journal, Journal of Applied Social Psychology, Journal of Management Inquiry, Social Psychology of Education and Educational Evaluation and Policy Analysis. He is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Vocational Behavior and the Philadelphia Academies, Inc Board of Governors.
Mr. Charles Douala Mouteng is the Database Group Manger for the City of Philadelphia he is also a native of the Republic of Cameroon. He received his Undergraduate and Graduate education in the France and the US. Charles has a Masters in Management from the University of Pennsylvania, US, Masters in Engineering from the Ecole Centrale de Paris, France and an MBA from the French Petroleum Institute in Paris.
He has worked as a consultant in IT and Management Project in the US and Cameroon for several years. He has also worked in the field of Geophysics Information Technology in oil and gas exploration internationally, in the Golf of Guinea and Italy. He is also a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Project Manager from PMI, Certified Oracle Professional. He is a member of the French Association of Energy Economists and a Member of the African Christian Fellowship.
Dr. Richard Shields is a retired educator with over twenty years of computer applications training including experience both as a high school and middle school teacher, staff trainer and independent contractor delivering courses to the government, association, education and corporate markets.
He holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts, an MAT from the University of Chicago, and a Ph.D. from American University in the area of Educational Administration. From 1963 to 1965 he served as a Peace Corps Volunteer teaching elementary school in Liberia.
Wilmot Gibson (Advisor - Technology for Liberia) is an Information Technology Architect and Consultant.
He is a native Liberian. He earned a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Technology & Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine and possesses certifications from the Project Management Institute, ITIL Foundation
